MOST INFLUENTIAL WOMEN
A live event with 600+ people in attendance
THE PROJECT
Our client, The Grand Rapids Business Journal, needed video and photos to display at this large event. They also needed photos for the print publication and a promo video to help sell tickets before the event.
We began by coming up with a concept for the videos. The design would match the marketing already in place, implementing the logo and it’s colors, as well as the fonts and other elements already chosen.
The next step was contacting all 50 of the honorees and scheduling the filming/photo sessions. We ended up filming and photographing over a 3 day period in a large event space that we turned into a photo/video studio for this shoot.
Within a few days of completing the shoot we had all the photos edited and sent to the client. The next step was editing the promo video which needed to be turned in quickly, which we did. Next was editing the videos that played at the event, which was a big project with over 4 hours of interviews that needed cut down to 18 minutes total.
The final part of the project was for us to photograph and film the actual event and create a recap video and photos.
